I've got to figure this out...

Ok so I know I'm not the only mom with six kids training for a half iron man.  How are they doing it?  I constantly feel tired.  Last week went by in a blurr.

I can't even remember what I did on the day off.  I believe I biked at home...

Tuesday I made it to the pool with Sabrina.  It is always a battle to get a lane and we ended up having to circle swim.  Sometimes that is good though because I swim faster to pass the person in front of me, or not get caught.  This time the other two swimmers were slower than me.

I met Amber at the gym and ran on the treadmill.  Boring.  I can barely handle running on the treadmill right now.  Thankfully Amber will talk to me while I'm sweating pools.

Wednesday I went snow shoeing with Sabrina and Janna at the Stansbury golf course.  Sabrina lost her phone and we spent time looking for that.  Luckily later in the day she found it.  I did realize I need to have my boots figured out before I go out.  I am blind.  Seriously.  People don't realize how blind I am.  I hate wearing glasses and almost never do unless I'm watching t.v.  or sports.  It's really annoying because I put them on and then I can't see close...like my phone.  In training swimming is the hardest part with being blind.  Biking and running don't really matter, but I've started to notice it effecting my swimming.

I went to the bike class at vasa Wednesday.  The class isn't as good as Jen Rigby's class on M & F, but I thought it would be the only way I would work out.

Thursday I biked in the morning for an hour at 100% on my bike and then took Millie to school.  Got home and biked for 1 1/2 more hours. (at 90%)  Thankfully I have Netflix and amazon prime.

Friday I swam with Charlie and Sabrina.  Again we had to circle swim.  It was the 3 of us in the lane.  I haven't been able to get all 3 swim workouts in.

I then met Amber at the gym and ran.

Saturday I was exhausted mentally.  I'm one who needs sleep.  I had taken Tessa to go see HCT Wizard of Oz Friday night and didn't get home until after 11 pm.  I fell into bed to only keep waking up all night worried I would miss meeting Tracy.

Sunday was one thing after another and we celebrated Joseph's birthday.  I couldn't bring myself to typing this.  I was too exhausted.

Monday morning I had Janna and Sabrina meet me at my house because I knew it was the only way I would get out of bed.  We ran 4 miles.  I then did the spin class and hit the treadmill for the sprints.

Tomorrow is another early morning with Sabrina picking me up at 5:10 to swim.

This week I'm just going to try to do as much as I can.  I have a really busy night schedule with my piano recital tonight, tomorrow an interview with Mike Soderborg, Wed Kelly Clarkson concert.... etc...
